At The Kairavi, every piece of jewelry is carefully checked and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Since our products are delicate and made with precision, we follow a strict return and refund policy.
1. Return & Refund
We stand behind every piece we make. If your jewelry arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours and we'll replace or repair it. As is standard with fine jewelry, we are unable to accept returns on pieces that have been worn or delivered in good condition.
2. Damaged Product – Replacement Only

We only offer replacement in case you receive a damaged or defective product.

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Requests after 24 hours will not be considered
