At The Kairavi, every piece of jewelry is carefully checked and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Since our products are delicate and made with precision, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

1. No Return & No Refund

  • We do not accept returns

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances

  • All orders placed on our website are considered final sale

2. Damaged Product – Replacement Only

  • We only offer replacement in case you receive a damaged or defective product.

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Requests after 24 hours will not be considered

3. Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Damage should be at the time of delivery

  • Proper proof must be provided (images + unboxing video)

All requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.

4. How to Request a Replacement

If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:

  • Email us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Attach:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Unboxing/opening video (mandatory)

  • Share your order number and issue details

5. Return Shipping Charges

  • In case of approved replacement, the product must be returned to us

  • Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer

  • We recommend using a reliable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

  • Slight variations in color or design due to screen differences or natural gemstones are not considered defects

  • Replacement will be processed only after receiving and inspecting the returned item
